Hi guys, 

Today I said I would show you my order I got from Bodyfirst Nutrition, located in Dublin but have an online shop too. 

This isn't my first order with them. Got many things before like my quest bars and amino energy. 

They have a huge range of stuff, from accessories to gym essentials like pre-workout ect. 

Great service and speedy delivery with them and at a great price too! 

Below are my goodies I got...

First up is the NEW product designed by Bodyfirst itself under their brand Bodyfuel. It's called FKD which I love ha ha ha 

Always a sucker for packaging, and everything about this pre-workout drink I love. Plus a free top too. What more would you want.

Why should you choose FKD® ?

Before training: there are ingredients that you can take to boost physiological and metabolic responses during exercise performance. These ingredients include high energy compounds and central nervous system stimulants that allow you to perform at a higher intensity for longer during your workout.

Beta-Alanine: is a non-essential amino acid that can be found in many foods. Beta-Alanine increases the buffering capacity of muscles during high intensity exercise, consequently, fatigue time is delayed and athletes are able to train harder for longer. Using Beta-Alanine is an excellent strategy for maximising training intensity and improving fitness, speed and strength.

Arginine: the intake of arginine has been shown to boost growth hormone (GH) after intense resistance training. Growth hormone is one of the primary hormones that influence adaption to training; it is therefore highly important to maximise GH levels after exercise.

L-Citrulline Malate: supplementation may improve exercise performance by increasing the delivery of adenosine tri-phosphate (ATP) to working muscles. This can also benefit athletes by reducing feelings of fatigue during exercise and improving the rate of muscle recovery post-exercise. Citrulline malate can be particularly beneficial for athletes training hard in preparation for competitive events.

Tyrosine: is a non essential amino acid that is a precursor for neurotransmitters like epinephrine, norepinephrine, and dopamine. Tyrosine is suggested to improve mental alertness and focus which may in turn improve exercise performance.

Serving Size: 1 Scoop (15g)
Servings Per Container: 30

Directions For Use: FKD works best as a pre workout drink for boosting energy levels before performance. One serving (15g as 1 scoop) should be mixed in 250ml of water. If using 2 scoops, mix with 500ml of water (Do Not Exceed 2 scoops)
For best results, consume one serving 15 to 30 minutes before your training or activity."
